1) How do I make a booking?
Booking with Kalkan Villa Rental is simple: select your villa, choose your dates and send a booking request on our website. Once we confirm availability, we’ll email the payment details. A 30% deposit is required to secure your reservation.
2) How can I pay?
We accept Bank Transfer and Cash in GBP (£) or EUR (€). The remaining balance must be paid in full before check-in.
3) Is my payment safe?
Yes. All payments are handled by Uslu Han Tasarım, and every transaction is issued with an official receipt/invoice.
4) What is your cancellation policy?
- Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (if check-in is 30+ days away).
- 30+ days before check-in: the deposit is non-refundable.
- 14 days or less before check-in: the full payment is non-refundable.

5) Is there a damage deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is taken on arrival. The amount varies by villa and is returned at check-out if no damage is found.
6) Do you offer pool heating?
Some villas offer heated pools as an optional service. Prices vary per villa and are charged per day or per week. You’ll see this clearly indicated in each villa description.
7) Are pets allowed?
Selected villas are pet-friendly. Please check the villa’s details and contact us before booking if you plan to bring a pet.
8) What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in: 16:00
Check-out: 10:00
Early check-in may be possible if the villa is available the day before your arrival.
9) Are parties or smoking allowed?
Each villa has its own House Rules about parties, events, smoking and maximum occupancy. Please review the rules on the villa’s page before booking.
10) Do you arrange airport transfers or car rentals?
Yes. We can arrange private airport transfers and car rentals with trusted local partners. Contact us for availability and current pricing.
11) Do you issue invoices?
Yes. All bookings are invoiced under Uslu Han Tasarım. Your official invoice will be emailed to you.
