- Unless otherwise specified in the villa listing:

Bank or platform fees are non-refundable.
2. Booking Modifications
- Changes to dates or villas depend on availability.
- Price differences must be paid by the guest.
- We may charge a small admin fee for modifications.
3. Cancellation by Us
In exceptional cases (e.g., property damage, force majeure):
- We offer a full refund
- Or propose an alternative villa (if available)
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to check in on the arrival date without notice will result in no refund.
5. Early Departure
No refund is granted for unused nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.
